Equipment

To participate in girl’s lacrosse, you will need a stick, mouth guard, goggles, and cleats. Players are not permitted to participate in practices or games without both a mouthguard and goggles.

For those new to the sport, you can purchase a starter stick and goggles from any big box sporting goods store; just be sure to purchase a girls stick, as the boy’s sticks have different lengths and pockets, and are not permitted in the girls game.  If you are purchasing your equipment in season, see your coach for lacrosse equipment coupons from our partner, Dick's Sporting Goods.

You will also need to choose your uniform size during the registration process.  The uniform consists of a kilt and a jersey.  Use the chart below for proper sizing. Girls uniforms come in Youth and Women's sizes.
